Dorcas gazelle

Male dorcas gazelles have longer horns (250–280 mm) with 20–24 rings, while female horns are smaller (170–190 mm), straighter and have 16–18 rings; adult males average 16.5 kg and females about 12.6 kg, though size varies among populations.

The dorcas gazelle is generally pale with a white belly and a brown stripe along each side; its colour varies from place to place and is reddish-brown near the Red Sea, and its horns are more strongly curved than those of other species of Gazella.
